Chocolate and Wine: A Perfect Pairing

On June 14th the Confectionery will be hosting a wine and chocolate pairing class taught by Moonstruck Chocolate's chocolatier, Julian Rose. He'll be giving us a history of chocolate, and then teaching (by example!) how best to pair chocolates with sweet wines, champagne, whites, reds and ports. Everyone knows how well wine and chocolate go together, but with Julian's expertise we'll learn how to get the maximum palate pleasure out of the correctly chosen duo.

As an added bonus, Julian will also help us debut Moonstruck's new sea creatures truffle line, just in time for summer!
